Catered meal from Poor Richards includes salad, buffalo wings, toasted ravs, spaghetti and meat balls, beer, soda and water. ALSO INCLUDES TWO FREE RAFFLE TICKETS to big annual raffle with fantastic planes, etc.

Everyone is invited. Bring your friends!

Only voting members (FULL and PRIME memberships) will be allowed to vote on Constitution and Board Member election.

SLRCFA Christmas Party 2018 + VOTE ON NEW CONSTITUTION

It's exciting to give and get gifts, and we can get the ball rolling December 20th!

We start at 6pm

Prior communcations indicated 7pm, but we want folks to get their dinner in at a reasonable time. We have the venue until 9pm, but we're scheduled for two hours. Several folks will want to hit a local establishment afterwards, I'm sure.

This year we'll have a delicious meal catered by Poor Richards, so click here to re-register and pay online or bring $10 to the event. We'll serve:

Year in Review

We'll talk about our accomplishments in 2018 and our Vision for 2019. A big part of the night will be to make sure our QuickSTART members all get a chance to meet the "larger SLRCFA" membership.

New Constitution Vote & Board Member Election

IMPORTANT REASON TO ATTEND: We will vote on the new constitution and board members! If you can't be there, we'll allow an electronic vote prior to the meeting.

Awards

We'll be giving out awards plaques to members this year, including:

Above and Beyond Awards - for consistent year-after-year or exceptional 2018 volunteerism
Pilot of the Year
Builder of the Year

QuickSTART Raffle

If you're a member, bring an old plane or that foamy you never fly... we'll give it to one of our QuickSTART members as part of the QuickSTART raffle.
QuickSTART members: You'll be able to get tickets in the "QuickSTART Raffle" - no purchase necessary, but you must be at the meeting to paricipate. Additional tickets will be sold at the event, but only for QuickSTART and Youth members.

Raffle

Everyone attending the event will get five raffle tickets. We'll be selling more at the event, too.
Raffle tickets will be sold at the event. We should have some seriously-nice prizes this year!!!!

Gift Exchange

Everyone bring a wrapped gift valued at $20 for the gift exchange. Yes, we'll do the "Mean ole Santa" version.
Some guys build foam airframes, which is cool for a gift, too.
If you don't have a gift, come down anyway... you just won't participate in the exchange.
